Sure you could go on over to Apple and sell your tracks for 99 cents. If you sell a million copies you might be getting somewhere. The fact is 90 percent of us will not sell a million tracks on iTunes.
Most of the people who buy tracks from us are large corporations who want to use the sound, BGM, music, etc. in there own productions ie; TV, radio, video games. A measly 2 minute track usually sells for around $30. Yes that is not a misprint. The artist is guaranteed 50% royalty for the sale. This is only one track.
